具大專院校以上學歷，漢語口語流利。

嚴格師資篩選機制（均持有 TCFL 教學證書）：徵選 → 測試 → 實習 → 試教 → 追蹤 → 考核。

定期召開教學會議、教育訓練與教學研討會。

定期追蹤與考核師資，確保教學品質。

專業輔導人員監督課程，持續提升教學品質。

Professional Teaching Team:
Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in spoken Chinese.

Rigorous teacher selection process (all possess TCFL teaching certificates): recruitment → testing → internship → trial teaching → monitoring → evaluation.

Regular teaching conferences, training sessions, and academic seminars.

Ongoing teacher performance evaluations to ensure teaching quality.

Professional mentors supervise courses and continuously enhance teaching standards.

服務內容：

華語能力檢測、專業正音系統、課後課業輔導、戶外實境教學、每月親師溝通、各式競賽訓練、完善學程規劃，以及定期漢語電話訪談，確保學生在多方面獲得全面的語言學習支持。

Service Content:

Chinese proficiency assessment, a professional pronunciation correction system, after-school tutoring, outdoor immersive learning, monthly parent-teacher communication, training for various competitions, comprehensive curriculum planning, and regular Chinese language phone interviews, ensuring students receive well-rounded support in their language learning journey.
